Match Report Press Report

Weald IV Beat Dunnings - Acorns III.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.

On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 12 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Patrick Knight winning through.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 129 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player and Player of the match, Hassan El-Barbary.

Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, Hassan El-Barbary, who over-turned a 179 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
